สินค้าที่มีผลกระทบ: มะขามสด (ทั้งฝัก แกะฝัก และเมล็ด)

ข้อกำหนด 1. ต้องปลอดแมลงศัตรูพืช 5 ชนิด ได้แก่
                      (1) Apomyelois ceratoniae (knothorn, blunt-winged, carob moth)
                      (2) Ceroplastes cirripediformis (barnacle scale)
                      (3) Hypothenemus obscurus (tropical nut borer)
                      (4) Sitophilus linearis (tamarind weevil)
                      (5) Selenaspidus articulatus (West Indian red scale)

                  2. ไม่มีการปนเปื้อนจากดินหรือซากพืช
                  3. ต้องผ่านการรมด้วย Methyl bromide 32 กรัม/ลูกบาศก์เมตร ที่อุณหภูมิ 21 องศาเซลเซียส เป็นเวลา 24 ชั่วโมง
                  4. ต้องมีใบรับรองสุขอนามัยพืช (Phytosanitary certificate) จากกรมวิชาการเกษตรไทย

วันที่มีผลบังคับใช้ 20 มกราคม 2561

ระยะเวลาการให้ข้อคิดเห็น  สามารถให้ข้อคิดเห็นได้ถึงวันที่ 14 มกราคม 2561

INDIA Food Law _India to Revise Microbiological Standards for Fish and Fish Products

On Jan. 28, 2016, Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) announced the revision of Food Safety and Standards (Food Product Standards and Food Additives) Regulations, 2011 related to microbiological standards of fish and fish products, which will be open for public consultation until Mar. 28, 2016.

The scope of the new regulation will include the raw materials and finished products of fish and fish products, including the requirements on food additives and microbiological indexes, as well as the following requirements:

Water activity (25℃)	<0.78
Salt content (sodium chloride %)	≥12%
Histamine	200mg/kg
Acid-insoluble ash	≤1%
